Our projects range from New Build or Refurbished and Extended Homes to Block of Flats or Mixed-Use Developments. Our clients vary from Individual End Users to Property Developers. Over the last 22 Years we have completed more than 300 projects, some of them featured below.

Primrose Hill House

Set in a Conservation area, the existing house was remodeled and extended. Proposed rear extensions at ground and basement level of the whole footprint added about 2,000 sq ft of habitable floor area. Our engagement as architects was from conception to completion.

Hampstead House

A complete demolition of an existing house in Redington Conservation Area and it's replacement with a new built 10,000sq ft house. We have worked through initial concept sketches, several planning applications, tender and construction stage until completion and client’s hand over.

Kensington House

Set in a Conservation Area, the house went through remodeling and complete refurbishment with addition of a basement resulting in 9,000 sq. ft total floor area. We were involved from the early stages and produced hand drawn concept sketches through several planning permissions, construction tender package and site supervision until completion when client’s family moved in.

Killaloe House

A new build house set in the countryside and overlooking a lake. The project included the demolition of the existing house and obtaining planning permission for the new build house totaling 8,000 sq. ft. Our engagement as Architects and Interior Designers was from conception to completion.

Mayfair House

An existing Georgian house in a Conservation Area went through complete transformation. A new basement floor was added, together with a landscaped roof terrace and a rear extension. A complete internal remodeling across all floors resulted in new layouts that completely addressed client’s requirements. We worked as Architects from conception through completion.

Regent's Park House

A Grade II Listed building set in a Conservation Area undergone development that included a side extension and full internal refurbishment. Engaged from the early stages, our process involved several planning permissions, construction tender package and site supervision until completion.

Porchester Place

Before buying the house, our client asked us to assess the potential to remodel the existing house to his specific needs. A scope for enlargement was identified at the roof terrace level with Roof Extension together with possibilities of a complete internal remodeling that would suit his needs. We have been engaged as Architects and Interior Designers from conception through completion.

Frognal Maisonette

A Turn Key Project with the goal to maximise the existing floor area to the maximum by providing rear extensions. After receiving Planning Permission in the Conservation Area, the total floor area was increased to 3,000 sq. ft from the original 1,800 sq. ft. The existing was demolished to the original bricks, and a new layout was implemented creating 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms modern split-level apartment. We have been engaged as Project Managers, Architects and Interior Designers from conception through completion.

Barbados House

Opportunity presented itself for a New Build, 10,000 sq. ft Colonial Style Villa, when the client asked us to visit Barbados and a plot of land that he has just purchased. A six bedroom with six bathroom was proposed on the first floor with open plan living/dining/kitchen area on the ground floor leading to a rear terrace with a swimming pool and uninterrupted views to the ocean. We have provided Architectural and Interior Design services and have been involved from the early stages and through construction and completion.

Limerick House

A family of four has asked us to design their new Home with Stable block nearby for their racing horses. Proposed Ground Floor included Formal and Family areas and an indoor Swimming Pool, whilst the First Floor provided six bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms resulting in a total of 8,400 sq ft floor area. Our engagement as Architects and Interior Designers was from conception to completion.

Portman Mansions

One of our many typical projects of improving and updating existing apartments in Central London to relate to lifestyle and needs of our clients. Planning permission was needed for AC installation and replacement of windows whilst Landlord Permission was needed for internal remodeling and alterations. Our engagement as Architects and Interior Designers was from conception to completion.

The Grove Block of Flats

Approached by Developer to study the potential of an existing plot to provide the maximum amount of new build apartments. Planning permission was granted for nine self-contained apartments with underground parking for residents and visitors. We have been engaged as Architects from conception to completion.

B2 Mixed Use Development

An exciting opportunity was created when a developer asked us to provide several Interior Fit our design services in this mixed-use development. Our engagement included design for the main reception area, individual flat layouts and design and several office areas. We have been engaged as Architects from conception to completion of this Interior Fit Out.

New Bold Farm

Feasibility and remodeling of existing farm buildings with a proposal to rebuild the main farm house. Client’s preference for traditional home resulted in our proposal and design of a new build Georgian type residence.

Pentland Close

Small and Beautiful. We were excited to show that incredible transformation is possible even with smaller homes. A typical semi-detached house was extended at rear and at the loft level. Ground floor layout is fully open plan, thus creating impression of larger home. Full height glazing panels at rear helped the impression that living area also includes rear garden patio. We have been engaged as Project Managers, Architects and Interior Designers from conception through completion.

Upper Montague House

The existing Grade II listed building in a Conservation Area has been fully remodeled and refurbished. The brief was to retain some of the original features whilst giving the property a modern make over. We have been engaged as Architects and Interior Designers from conception through completion.

Ikeja Block of Flats

An Overseas Client approach us and asked for design of a Gated Compound comprising an Apartment Block with associated ancillary buildings. Planning submission done by a Local Architect. Our proposal includes an apartment building with 48 flats, outdoor swimming pool, accommodation for staff and associated parking and landscaped areas.

Brighton House

Overlooking the Brighton Marina, the existing house was built in 80’s and since then had several makeovers. Our client has asked us to explore options which would generate more living areas, terraces that would take advantage, explore sea views, and design the external appearance so that it's more modern in style. Planning Permission was granted recently and we continue to work on this project as Architects.

East Road Building

The existing site was occupied by an Office Block build in the 60’s. The owner and our client has asked us to design on the same site as a mixed use development comprising of Retail on the Ground Floor, Offices at the First Floor and Apartments on the six levels above.

Almaty Compound

A proposed gated residential compound for oversea client. The project comprises Seventy-Six detached houses, Community Centre, Community Gymnasium with Swimming Pool, Landscaped Gardens and Sport Grounds.

Clarks House

The loft of an existing detached house was converted to a self-contained flat for the owner’s son. Planning permission was granted for the proposed dormer windows, our engagement as Architects and Interior Designers was from conception through construction to final completion.

Herceg House

A small, One bedroom Holiday Retreat on Adriatic Coastline with unique layouts to preserve as much of landscaped garden as possible

Cap Ferrat House

A proposal for a Two Storey five Bedroom House set on the cliffs of the popular Cap Ferrat Peninsula in the South of France.

Mapesbury Block of Flats

An existing House with a huge plot of land provided an opportunity to propose and design additional buildings on site.
Two small blocks are proposed with seven self-contained apartments in total. Pre-planning application was submitted and the project is ongoing.

Boat design

Some 25 years ago, we designed several sailing boat interiors, ranging from 46 to 64 feet. Some of our designs where completed and featured at the Southampton Boat Show.
